EASYREACH.NG REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At EasyReach.ng, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Customers may request a return if:

The product received is damaged.

The product received is defective.

The wrong product was delivered.

The product is significantly different from its description.

The product is missing essential parts or accessories.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


  1. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTED RETURNS

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Original packaging must be intact.

All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

EasyReach.ng reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Perishable goods

Food and grocery products

Personal care and hygiene products

Underwear and intimate apparel

Gift cards and vouchers

Digital products and downloadable content

Customized or personalized items

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling


  1. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team.

Provide your order number.

Provide photos or videos where necessary.

Await return authorization instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


  1. INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

If approved, the customer will be notified and the refund or replacement process will begin.

If rejected, the product may be returned to the customer.


  1. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Where the original payment method is unavailable, alternative refund arrangements may be made.

Refund processing may take 5–15 business days depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

Shipping charges may not be refundable except where the return is due to an error by EasyReach.ng.


  1. EXCHANGES

Where available, customers may request a replacement product instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.


  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel orders before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellations before shipment may qualify for a full refund.


  1. FAILED DELIVERIES

Orders returned due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect delivery information may be subject to re-delivery charges.

Refunds for such orders may be reduced by applicable shipping and handling costs.


  1. FRAUD PREVENTION

EasyReach.ng reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, or exchanges where fraudulent activity, abuse of policy, or suspicious behavior is suspected.


  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyReach.ng's liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product.
